RETURNS
Our policy is valid within 14 days after signing. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Our shop guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from us.
In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

Q: How can I wash my Bra？
A: To keep your new bra in the best possible condition - we recommend using a hand wash in cold water. But if you prefer machine washing, please carefully place your new bra in a zippered lingerie laundry bag and place it in a 30°C wash on a delicate setting. Never bleach, iron, or place your bra in a dryer.
