RETURNS
Our policy is valid within 14 days after signing. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Our shop guarantees total customer satisfaction with the items you purchase from us.
In order to return an item customer is responsible for shipping back to us.
If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE DISTRIBUTED?
-You will be refunded for the merchandise total, plus applicable sales tax paid
-Please be aware that the product must come in its original packaging and must be returned in the original condition that it was received, unused. We reserve the right to decline any item that comes back to us used.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

Coupon Codes

CANCELLATION
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If it's more than 24 hours, we can no longer cancel the order as it has already been fulfilled by that time.

Standard Shipping (costs ￡4.99) - Arrival in 7 -15 days after processing
- Fast shipping (costs ￡7.99) - Arrival in 5 -10 days after processing. Guarantees that your package is insured against loss, damage or missing contents. To ensure that you are fully protected, we highly recommend that you add Priority Care Shipping to your order.
- Shipping method: 4PX, YunExpress, Wanb Express, UBI or other shipping methods required by customers (please email us and reply within 24 hours)
